Progressive Methods, Inc. services all IBM, Brother, and Smith Corona office machines at our facilities, and provides office equipment field service to customers in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area.

The company's service department maintains seven full-time technicians with more than 168 combined years of experience to repair and/or maintain a variety of office machines including fax machines, printers, and typewriters.

Service department rates are:
In house - $65.00 per hour plus parts
On location - $85.00 per hour plus parts
